Debbie and Simon Rutherford are the husband and wife team behind Rutherfords, the first micropub in Scotland, which opened in the Summer of 2015 and went on to win multiple awards including the Visit Scotland Award for the Best Bar/Pub in the Lothians and Borders 2020.

“We love to experiment with flavours, and the DeliQuescent range will give us a great base for some new cocktail ideas too” said Simon.
